What exactly is the service....
We make all of the arrangements:
- provide a list of Domain Names that be be suitable for your business
- register the URL (domain name) of your choice
- setup your website
- host your website
- incorporate software that allows you to make changes and updates to your website,
- ...and more
and we are available for ongoing support.
If you (or whomever) knows a little about NotePad or WordPad or a similar text editor software and if you know
about directing images (pictures) from a camera to your computer - then you are in business and YOU will
be in full, 100% control of your own website...to make changes, add/remove pictures, or even add/remove pages and narrative. You are free to make any changes that are necessary to keep your site fresh and current for web visitors. Of course we do not abandon you - we are always available for support.
What if you currently have a website?...
There is nothing that says you can not have TWO websites and your new gallery
website could certainly link to your current website making them appear as one website. But remember with our service you will be editing your own gallery Website.
Website Editing Software
We reviewed several, if not dozens of companys that have website editing capability. The costs were extreme, as well as the type of service. Many of those company's had used off-site editing. Some of the costs were as high as $800 plus a monthly charge that in most cases was at least $25/month. The package that we ultimately selected was near the low end of the costs, but perhaps more importantly the software resides within the user's own website! It is our feeling that that is a significant feature. Furthermore, the software provides backup capability that allows you to return to previous webpages if updating problems within your website have occurred.
Hosting Service
Our primary dedicated server is but one of dozens of servers within one complex. This affords us 365/24/7 hardware support. It is unlikely that you (or your web visitors) would ever experience any down-time...it just does not happen. Not only that, but as our network grows, the servers expand to satisfy the capacity. If volume
stretches the limits of one server, we simply add a server - we will never be overloaded!
Website Maintenance
Each website gets on-going support and is constantly being monitored. The services and features of the primary website, AutoZZ.com are constantly being updated, as well as advertsing and search engine enhancements.
One-Time Setup
Initially, each domain name must be chosen and presented to the registrar for validation and recording (we do this). Once this is completed, your website can be published and it then becomes available to the world.Your first step would then be to load your picture gallery and to incorporate narrative on each vehicle. On or about the same time you can review the "boiler plate" webpages and make changes that best describes your company and your business.

What does all this cost?...
- Register your website name (you choose the name) $35/yr
- Website Editing Software $100 (one time) + $5/mn
- Hosting & Network Maintenance $30/mn
- Design & Setup Fees $350 (one time)
- Total $450 + $35x12 + $35 = $905 for first year
BUT WAIT!..we have a Startup Special @ $395
( + one time setup @ $150)
That's it for the first year!...
Total = $395 - that is a $510 SAVINGS! and includes registration, editing software, hosting, service,
the whole package! And it is not limited service...
it is the full package!
After the first year, you will have two options:
- drop the service (let it expire), or
- continue with annual maintenance fee
...that's it - no additional charges, no contracts, no nuttin!...in fact, for those that
signup to use our service the first year, the cost will continue at just $395/year + Annual URL Registration Fee.
You will certainly know within the first year if that nominal monthly charge will be of value.
Of course we are sure that it will prove to be a value many times more than the cost.
Our Annual Fee is A LOT LESS than the big name "dot com" companies charge for one month!
In some cases, our annual fee is about half of their monthly fee!
If you don't keep our service, we can not give you the SiteEditing Software (it's licensed)
but the website programs are yours to relocate to any other host.
Required Hardware?...
- PC with Internet connection
- a digital camera
If you do not have a PC or would be getting a new one,
then we would suggest a laptop or a notebook computer - just as much memory and just as fast and can be closed
and taken home every evening. The newer models have the access feature to be able to plug in SD Memory Cards that
are used in the newer digital cameras. This makes it a snap to take a picture, plug the Memory Card directly into
the computer and immediately load that image to your website.
Likewise with a digital camera...the newer models have the SD Memory Card that can store hundreds of pictures,
although one at a time is more likely your usage.
The SD Memory Card can then be plugged directly into the computer to upload to the website.
