In some instances, the actual party that is buying the vehicle may use another person as the one that will be titling the vehicle. This is generally being done when the prospect/suspect does not have a license or for some reason does not want to be responsible for the vehicle title. Where this information is known, we make note accordingly in the "Deadbeat" record.

It is worth repeating that this is not an attempt to blackball any potential customer, but rather an attempt to help qualify a vehicle buyer.
